Search automation
SEO Command Center
SEO does not scale by hiring. It scales by making the repeatable parts repeatable.
The problem
An SEO retainer is mostly the same handful of jobs done over and over: crawl the site, find what broke, check where rankings moved, write the thing that fills the gap, chase a link, report on it. Multiply that by a roster of clients and it becomes a staffing problem long before it becomes a strategy problem.
So the work that compounds — the research, the judgement calls — gets squeezed out by the work that merely has to happen.
What we built
A manager and its specialists
One manager agent holds the plan for each account and delegates to specialists for audits, content, backlinks, technical fixes, research and reporting. Each one has a narrow job and a narrow set of tools, which is why the output stays predictable.
Real data underneath
Rankings, keyword gaps, backlink profiles and competitor movement come from live search-intelligence feeds rather than from a model recalling what it read. The agents reason over current numbers.
A human on the important actions
Anything that touches a client site or a client relationship queues for approval. The agents do the reading, the drafting and the diffing; a person signs off on publishing.
Boots without secrets
The whole system runs in a mock mode with zero API keys, so it deploys and demonstrates immediately, then goes live when credentials are added. Onboarding a new environment takes minutes.
How it works
- Each client on the roster gets a live profile fed from current search data.
- The manager agent decides what this account needs next and assigns it out.
- Specialists produce work — an audit, a brief, an outreach list, a fix.
- Anything consequential lands in an approvals queue for a human.
