The problem
A small company's finances live in a bank portal, a spreadsheet and someone's memory. That is survivable until the UAE's Corporate Tax and VAT thresholds enter the picture, at which point the questions that matter — how close are we to the VAT registration line, what is our real burn, will we owe 9% this year — need answering continuously rather than at year end.
Generic accounting software will happily tell you last quarter's numbers. It will not tell you that you are eight weeks from a registration obligation.
What we built
Drop in a statement, get a dashboard
Drag a PDF or CSV bank statement onto the page. It is parsed, categorised and merged into the live view — no manual entry, no importing wizard.
UAE thresholds as live meters
Corporate Tax is tracked against the AED 375,000 net-profit cap, and taxable revenue against the AED 187,500 voluntary and AED 375,000 mandatory VAT registration lines. You see the distance to the line, not just the total.
Burn rate that finds itself
Recurring software subscriptions are detected automatically from the transaction history and split monthly versus annual, with month-on-month change. The SaaS bleed nobody tracks becomes a number.
Payroll and vendors in one ledger
Owner salary, freelancer payouts and vendor payments sit in a single filterable ledger with a historical trend, rather than scattered across months of statements.
How it works
- Bank statements are dropped in as PDF or CSV and parsed server-side.
- Transactions are categorised into revenue, payroll, vendors and subscriptions.
- Tax and VAT meters recompute against the current UAE thresholds.
- Everything scopes to a period — monthly, quarterly or yearly.
